Refund & Return Policy

Signed copies

Unopened, undamaged signed copies may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Personalized copies

Because personalized books are inscribed specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or was fulfilled incorrectly (for example, the wrong name or edition).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
