Daniel: The Boy Who Wanted School
A Memoir of Survival. Service. Faith and Purpose.
Daniel is a retired United States Navy veteran whose journey from a small Liberian village to decades of honorable service has shaped a life of purpose. After his military career, he became a respected financial professional and channeled his life's experiences into founding Change for Liberian Children and Youth (CLCY) — a nonprofit committed to providing scholarships, supplies, and mentorship to underserved children in Liberia.
As a speaker, Daniel brings a rare blend of military discipline, financial wisdom, and faith-rooted conviction. Audiences leave inspired to lead with integrity, give with intention, and build legacies that outlive them.
His memoir, Daniel: The Boy Who Wanted School, distills the lessons of a lifetime: that purpose is forged in adversity, that faith multiplies effort, and that one person's hunger to learn can change the trajectory of a community.
